Roosters, it's an Ohio thing!

We are so proud to be from Ohio for so many reasons, and Roosters being one of them!  Roosters is a restaurant that only 'Ohioans' or Ohio visitors know about. It's not a five star fancy schmansy restaurant, just a tasty and fun place to eat at on a weekend or after a long days work. The famous slogan really speaks for itself "A fun, casual, joint", but it doesn't happen to mention the delicious food they have available!  We are regular Rooster customers, we usually go a couple of times a month. We usually stick with our favorites from the menu, but you really can't go wrong with anything they have to offer. Whether it's the loaded nachos, a burger, or their tender boneless wings dipped in your choice of TOP OF THE LINE wing sauce, you wont be disappointed. The Ale House May be Good for Whatever Ails You

All of you Ohio natives out there, if you havent been to Ale house 1890 in Lancaster Ohio you are definitely missing out. They have wonderful hamburgers and so many to menu items to choose from! All of these burgers are specially made with their own selection of fresh ingredients. They definitely know their way around a burger! They also have new specials  pretty frequently such as fried macoroni! (See review for fried Macoroni below!) so go in and don't miss them! Ale House 1890 Our first pick from the menu was the Barnyard Burger.  Barnyard Burger This burger was an absolute taste masterpiece! The first bite I took I could immediately taste the sweetness of marmalade and the grilled taste of the patty which collided with each other creating a  wonderful taste combination. Pearly's Beach Eats

On our recent vacation to Florida, we found some decent restaurants that we thought would be a great additions to our blog.  We came across Pearly's Beach Eats online and we were immediately intrigued. After swimming with manatees we finally worked up an appetite so we stopped at Pearly's for lunch. Pearly's is a small restaurant with a unique menu that offers Mexican, American and seafood. It was a very fun place to eat, they have outdoor seating in the shade with surfboard tables! It was a great atmosphere to have beach themed food. Fish Sandwich The fish sandwich at Pearly's is out of this world! You have the choice to have your fresh Cobia fish blackened or fried, we went with the fried. The sandwich consists of a fresh piece of cobia, lettuce, tomato, and tarter sauce on a grilled bun. We were blown away by the first bite, the fish tasted unbelievable.
