This Pizza is Fire

On our Tasty Journey in Cleveland, Ohio, we discovered some wonderful eating spots on the famous street of Euclid. Pizza Fire being one of them!

As soon as we passed by this pizza joint in the car, the look of the fiery logo alone had us intrigued. And we must say that this pizza place has more than just a clever name.

We went inside and noticed how new age and modern this restaurant was. But enough about the looks....Let's get to the PIZZA!

This restaurant has a pick-your-own topping style to it which is never a bad thing for a pizza. There is also Pizza Fire's very own pre picked topping signature pizzas (which are still built right before your eyes.) which is what we went for. We chose the 'Cleveland Pizza' which is topped with sausage, red onion, sausage and mushrooms.

The first thing that really stood out to us was the delicious crust the toppings were based upon. The crust alone was indeed impressive, this is how a pizza crust should be. It wasn't overly thick which was a plus and it just simply tasted good. The toppings were also delicious as well. The sauce was spot on. The sausage was another part of this pizza that we really enjoyed. The sausage was not in big chunks like you would normally find at some other typical pizza joints, it was very fine and full of flavor and didn't overpower the pizza. It was almost as if the sausage wasn't cased but cooked with care. Everything about this pizza was great, we loved it and definitely plan on coming back. We mean this when we say that this pizza is FIRE!

Roosters, it's an Ohio thing!

We are so proud to be from Ohio for so many reasons, and Roosters being one of them! Roosters is a restaurant that only 'Ohioans' or Ohio visitors know about. It's not a five star fancy schmansy restaurant, just a tasty and fun place to eat at on a weekend or after a long days work. We are regular Rooster customers, we usually go a couple of times a month. We usually stick with our favorites from the menu, but you really can't go wrong with anything they have to offer. Whether it's the loaded nachos, a burger, or their tender boneless wings dipped in your choice of TOP OF THE LINE wing sauce, you wont be disappointed. Being Ohio natives we were happy to find an independent restaurant near us. It had Great decor, and the restaurant itself had a visually fun and hip/modern look (no surprise here.. most small businesses take this role). The lighting was at a relaxing level, they placed numbers above the tables to try and give a unique look. Enough about the decor though, lets move on to the important Tids! First things first, drink options. They had a small variety of drinks offering the usual selections - Soda, Water, Tea, O-J, Milk. The Ale House May be Good for Whatever Ails You

All of you Ohio natives out there, if you havent been to Ale house 1890 in Lancaster Ohio you are definitely missing out. They have wonderful hamburgers and so many to menu items to choose from! All of these burgers are specially made with their own selection of fresh ingredients. They definitely know their way around a burger!
