Dogma... Miami knows it's weiners

Miami. One word, hot. Over the summer we decided we wanted to travel to southern Florida to escape boring Ohio. And we did. We weren't too sure of what restaurants to try on our trip, but I had a few places in mind, Dogma being one of them.

We came across this place, Dogma Grill on Yelp and at first glance we thought it seemed like a hip, cool place to get lunch or maybe a quick dinner. This was actually one of the last restaurants we had visited on our trip to Miami, and possibly the best.

Here is a quick glimpse of what we received. I ordered a BLT, and the gorgeous pile of onion rings. While Seth decided to take a different route and order the Chicago style foot-long with a side of fries. I mean realistically, who wouldn't want a hot-dog from a place that sells hot-dogs predominately?
I guess I just like to make things complicated.

As for my selection of the BLT, it was pretty good. They didn't skimp out on the bacon. The tomatoes were fresh, and all in all it was just simply good.

As for Seth's hotdog, just look at the picture above. I think his face says it all. It was decently topped with toppings, and was a good frank. We enjoyed this place more than most of the restaurants we stopped at while in Miami.. and it was super cheap as well!

Bourbon, burgers, and Bar Louie!

This restaurant may sound familiar to some. We've eaten here before and have never been disappointed with the food or service. Stop into Bar Louie for some great food and and a great late night type of atmosphere, or maybe just after doing a little shopping in the mall.                   Bourbon Bacon Burger Just by looking at the special limited time menu of this burger and many other special sandwiches alike, we knew this burger would be incredibly flavorful. A beautifully cooked meat patty deserves nothing better than a beautifully crafted sauce and delcious toppings to back them up. A perfect meat patty topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, a delcious bourbon sauce and a nice stack of fried onion straws... It's making my mouth water just thinking about it... Unsurprisingly, the look of the burger was astonishing. The juicy patty had a decent portion of crispy onion straws that make the presentation really stick out. The first bite ...

Noodlecat's Dream Buns

If you're strolling through downtown Cleveland we hope you stumble into Noodlecat . Located on Euclid Ave, you will be surrounded by a few different popular restaurants, don't be shy! Try them all! From our experience you can't go wrong. Noodlecat serves up three main options noodles, buns, and veggies. Unfortunately we did not come for noodles on this visit, we came for the Japanese Steam Buns! We picked 2 of the 5 bun options they had available and went with the J-fried Chicken bun and the Fresh bacon bun. These Buns are Japanese white bread sandwiches each topped with lettuce and pickle. For the J-fried Chicken Bun, this soft steam bun has a piece of fried chicken, sweet and spicy power ketchup. At first bite you're in love. The fresh steam buns are amazing. The chicken was crispy, tangy, and delicious but it was no match for the next bun that we tried! The Fresh Bacon Bun was filled with a delicious slice of lightly smoked, sugar ...

All of you Ohio natives out there, if you havent been to Ale house 1890 in Lancaster Ohio you are definitely missing out. They have wonderful hamburgers and so many to menu items to choose from! All of these burgers are specially made with their own selection of fresh ingredients. They definitely know their way around a burger! They also have new specials  pretty frequently such as fried macoroni! (See review for fried Macoroni below!) so go in and don't miss them! Ale House 1890 Our first pick from the menu was the Barnyard Burger.  Barnyard Burger This burger was an absolute taste masterpiece! The first bite I took I could immediately taste the sweetness of marmalade and the grilled taste of the patty which collided with each other creating a  wonderful taste combination. The garlic aoli was a nice touch to the burger as well, better than mayonnaise if you ask me! Also the micro greens was a great bonus to an already delcious sandwich. And what is bet...
